Advice on lucky bag shopping in Osaka

I am staying in Osaka until Dec 30. Then I will heading back to Tokyo and stay there until Jan 6. Any advice on lucky bags sipping like places to go and what to buy would be very much appreciated.

So you are going to be in Tokyo, not in Osaka.
What do you want to shop? Many department stores list their planned "lucky bags" on their fliers by the end of the year, so that people can plan and queue up at different entrances of the store before it opens.

Yes, I'm back in Tokyo now. I heard some stores would have some available several days before Dec31. That's why. I saw some in Namba yesterday.
