Colour portrait Tattoos

Hello, I was wondering if there are any tattooists in the Tokyo area who excel at colour portraits at all?

But you need to understand many Japanese still view tattoo being associated with yakuza and many onsen prohibit you from entering if you have tattoo.

Haha, yes I am well aware. I already have tattoos so no more harm can be done with some more.
