Japanese Talk Shows Online?

Hi all! Can anyone recommend some Japanese talk shows I could watch online (or download, for free)? I've been learning Japanese for a few years now and I thought I'd have something like this to watch as part of my learning progress. I don't mind if there is no English subtitles, I just want to see real people talk :D

there are many japanese dramas that you can watch online; a good site is dramacrazy.eu
those dramas can be addicting tho...

One of my favorites to watch is Downtown Gaki no Tsukai! You can find subtitled or raw episodes and clips here http://www.teamgaki.com/It's a very famous comedy show!! However, most of it is kansai-ben, so some words will be different, but it's very fun to hear the dialect and learn that kind of dialect as well.

@ww, yes I've been watching quite a few drama series too and I enjoyed them a lot. Now I just wanted something less scripted and more spontaneous dialogue.
