Can people tell me which is better school to learn Nihongo? Fukuoka Foreign Language College or Genki Japanese language ?

I am also interested in FFLC. I talked with someone at Go Go Nihon, and he said that the 2 year program earns you an associate's degree. I would like to know what the associate's degree is in (I assume Japanese Language) and I'd also like to know if I could then transfer to a college either in Japan or America and get a bachelor's degree in about 2 more years.
