Verb: to do

I have come across several forms of the verb "to do" but which one is the most common?
For example if I wanted to say: "My account is locked, what do I do now?"
What would be the best way to say this?
Thanks in advance.

The standard word for it is suru/shimasu. Yaru is also common, but is less polite. There are also Keigo equivalents of suru, but you soyldn't worry about those unless you want to learn keigo properly.
The best way to translate that sentence is probably akaunto ga rokku sareteirun desuga, dou shitara ii desu ka (My account has been locked, what should I do).
