we would like to have all our rooms on the same floor?

near to each others if possible?

Is there any adjoining rooms?

Pls help as my family and i will be visitng Japan mid of this month.

heya wo tonari-awase ni shite-kudasai.

私たちの部屋を同じ階にしてもらえますか？
watashitachi no heya wo onaji kai ni shite morae masuka?
できるだけ近いほうが有り難いのですが。
dekirudake chikai houga arigatai no desuga.
隣り合わせの部屋があれば是非お願いします。
tonariawase no heya ga areba zehi onegai shimasu.

BTW, if you make booking all at once, they usually arrange so unless it's on busy season.
