Buying pants for long person

Hi, Trying to find pants for me (male) but not sure where to look. I am 181 cm (5 ft 11 in) tall, rather thin though. My current pants are 81 cm (32 in) inner leg, pants length 108 cm (42.5 in) and waist 85 cm (33.5 in). Maybe it gives a rough idea. Maybe biggest problem to find proper length.
Please any help appreciated.

I am similarly sized and have never had problems finding clothes in Japan - to the opposite I find it easier than in North America and Europe. I mainly shop at Uniqlo. But also at other shops I have no problems finding fitting clothes.

Haha, 5'11 isn't tall at all. You'll easily find clothes that will fit!

Wow well I felt like being tall as a tree in Japan, already bumped into lots of cielings.
Where can I find a proper size chart so I know which pant size to look for?
Also, are there any specific rules to trying clothes in japanese clothes stores (like Uniqlo)?

The rules are as follows: 1. Find nice looking pants. 2. Go to fitting room. 3. Try on pants. 4. Buy pants / Don't buy pants.
You're really over-thinking this. I'm 6' and never had issues finding clothes that fit.
