Sports teams and clubs (social life(Tokyo)

Hi I have been living here for a while and have not found many sports teams / clubs to play in, meet new people and have social beers / trips? Most other Asia countries have lots. I would really like some advice on playing:

- Tennis Club / ladder
- Football (soccer) team / league teams
- Badminton club
- Surfing club - for beginners
- Baseball team (i am English so not good but want to try - is there an international league / team?)
- Rugby
- Mountain trekking
- running clubs

Any other suggestions are welcome :)

this is really about social for me and making friends, going on tours, having beers...so no semi pro stuff please
