Cafes that open early around Nakano

I was wondering if there are any places to get coffee and toast or something that open around 7 am.

Convenient locations for me are around Nakano, Shinjuku, Yotsuya, but if there are any early places around the rest of Tokyo it might be helpful for other early risers to know :-)

Excelsior Caffe(cafe) Nakano opens from 6:30 on weekdays, 7:00 on weekend. The cafe locates in Nakano Sunmall shopping street toward Nakano Broadway BLDG. You will see the cafe on your right side(3-4 mins from JR Nakano Station North Exit).

McDonald's open for 24 hours. There is one McDonald's in the South Exit of JR Nakano Station(1 min) and one in Nakano Sunmall shopping street in Nakano Station North Exit(3 mins).

Royal Host(Family Restaurant) Nakano opens for 24 hours which locates in South Exit(4 mins), near "Gosaro" crossing(five avenues cross at "Gosaro" crossing). The breakfast menu is available from 6:00.

Gusto Nakano South is opened from 7:00. It's located in the South Exit(30 seconds). You will see a bakery called "Saint-Germain". The up stair of Saint-Germain is Gust(2nd floor). The Saint-Germain bakery opens from 8:30.
