Hello I am looking for a short session on making simple sushi or other Japanese food as a learning experience. As long as the venue is near any JR station in Tokyo and the price is reasonable, I can conider. Appreciate any advice, please. Thank you.

I'm sure there are programs where you go to a Japanese person/family's home and have a meal with them. I can't remember the name.
Perhaps you could do one of these and ask your host (beforehand?) whether you could help them with the cooking?
That would be cheaper than a class...

Yes, in fact, am looking for any housewife who can make simple sushi or simple Japanese food so that we (family of 3 adults) can learn from her, together with a few others, at a modest fee. I am sure this will be an excellent cultural experience for foreigners.
