Where to hang out in Tokyo

Hi, I just moved to Tokyo last week and was looking for some places here to hang out. Does anyone know some shisha bars and not too pricy bars with mostly foreign crowds? Cause I don't really speak Japanese but am hoping can make some new friends here.. Also is there any underground likely clubs that play tech house, trance, dub-step this kinds of music?
Thank you so much for helping it

Branches of the Hub bar in Shinjuku and elsewhere seem to be popular with foreign English teachers. Kinfolk Lounge in Naka-Meguro is all foreigners, and very chic. Or you can check an English-language magazine like Metropolis to see what bars advertise there. Here's a list of clubs with serious DJs: http://www.whereintokyo.com/dbinx/club.html
