Does anyone know someone with the name Kisuke in the generation, or is Kisuke considered a weird name to have in this generation?

I personally do not know anyone named "Kisuke." Actually, any name with "-suke" sounds quite... dated.
You've read the other thread on the name, I assume?

"Kisuke," you already have a topic on this already posted. Why are you asking again?!

Keisuke or Kousuke sound not old-fashioned.
Kisuke is a common name using on historical plays. So maybe Japanese people image him as a person in Japan's Edo era.
