Wow, thank you so much. Im so glad it wasnt a restaurant menu in japanese but has something to do with a group of samurai.

Shinsen-gumi is very popular samurai group, I don't like them though. By the way, the red charactor 誠(makoto) means sincerity, truth or faith is their symbol mark. (Banners with white or gold charactor in red was used.)
