Ganbattene and ganbatte kudasai is the same meaning.
Ganbatte kudasai is respected language.
People older than you, and you use to people unfamiliar to you.
ganbattene is close people and, you use to people of the same age and younger than you.
In words that expects the ganbaru to the other party, it is the words of support and encouragement.
ganbatterutte is close people and, you use to people of the same age and younger than you.
When someone said ganbattene and ganbare, it against, say if you have already done (ganbatteiru).
ganbatteru and ganbatteiru is the same meaning.
In formally ganbatteiru, ganbatteru is abbreviated form.
The current progressive form of ganbaru.
ganbatteimasu is polite language.
