Shopping - hand painted Japanese folding fans

I plan to visit Kyoto and Osaka for 12 days in mid-April 2015. Where can I buy high quality hand painted Japanese folding fans (budget about 30,000 Yen) preferably by well-known artisans in Kyoto? I understand that Kyoto Handicrafts Center sell such fans but I may not be able to find anything I like there. So there might be other well known traditional shops in Kyoto selling high quality folding fans. Thank you.
