I believe those two have been written "intentionally" with wrong kanji or kana to make it look cryptic (which I feel is in bad taste). The way they are "pronounced" is the same, and I deciphered both of them as follows:
動画のファイル名をそのまま入力してください。Please enter the movie file name as it is.
拡張子も必ず小文字で入力。 Be sure to enter the extension in lower case.
Where did you get those strange sentences?
