Prepaid data card for iPad

In April we arrive at Nagoya airport. Last year at Osaka airport we were able to buy a prepaid data card for the iPad. Does anybody knows if these vending machines are also available at Nagoya airport?

I am taking my trip in May, and I plan to order one of these before hand, otherwise you can check Yodobashi at the Narita airport, they have data only SIM cards for sale there as well.

There are a ton of options for data-only SIMs, but they seem to be largely identical. See for example

With b-mobile and cdjapan you can pick it up at the post ofice at Nagoya airport, but not with e-connect it seems.
