Need help in some Japanese translation

I am still learning Japanese and I used some simple (very simple, like このアイテムの画像がありますか？) Japanese sentences to inquire an online shop some items availability, and possibly some photos of the items. How should I reply and thanks the person in return?

Also, how should I ask if some items appears to be available when asked but not yet make available on the net for online purchase?

;いつから購入できますか？

このアイテムの画像がありますか？ is not natural.
このアイテムの画像は-有(あ)りませんか？ or -ない[の]でしょうか？

And if no request/ask again "ありがとうございました。" is best.
