Kawaguchiko to Kurokawa Onsen 2015/2/3 08:31
Hi,

Could someone help me please?

I am using HyperDia to look at the transport option and google map. Both are giving me different options.

Who should I trust?

I am looking to travel from Kawaguchiko station to Kurokawa Onsen in one day.

Please help.

Thanks.

Do you mean Kurokawa Onsen in Kumamoto Prefecture? If that's the case they are not directly served by train. You'd have to go to Hita or Aso station first and then catch a bus from there. Note that it is about a 12 hour one way journey. Or perhaps you were thinking of one of the other Kurokawa Onsens in Japan?

Hi,

Yes. I am thinking of travelling to Kurokawa Onsen in Kumamoto.

I found the transport as per below:
Bus 5am Kawaguchiko to Shinagawa.
7.40am Shinkansen Shinagawa to Shin-Osaka
10.59am Shinkansen Shin-Osaka to Kumamoto
14.28 Kumamoto to Higoozu
15.07 Higoozu to Aso

Walk to Kurokawa Onsen.

Let me know please if this doesn't look ok.

Thanks.

Take the Kyushu Odan limited express if possible as it's faster and direct.

Walk to Kurokawa Onsen.

Take the bus instead, otherwise it's about a 35km walk.
