Airport to Asagaya

please advise best way to get from airport to asagaya (Smile Hotel) I know the train is probably but need to know how many changes and where to change, also how long will the journey take

If you mean Asagaya station, just look it up on Hyperdia.

Go to Shinjuku station by train or limousine bus, then transfer to Sobu line(Yellow lined train), which goes to "Mitaka" station as final destination.
Asagaya is five stations away from Shinjuku(toward Mitaka), off at Asagaya south exit, you will see "Starbucks" on your left hand, flower shop on your right hand side, just go straight into the shopping street arcade(outside street, don't go inside), on the end of the shopping street, turn left, you will see Smile Hotel on your left.
