Japan trip 25th Mar - 04 Apr

Me and my husband are planning trip to Japan between 25Mar - 04apr and would like to know whether it makes sense to purchase JR pass for our itinerary below..

Day 1 - Arrive in Narita
Day 2-3 - Fuji and Hakone with Hakone free pass
Day 4-5 - Sightseeing around tokyo
Day 6 - To Osaka (Should we go via train or flight; flight ticket arnd yen 12000 per person)
Day 7 - Osaka to Kyoto
Day 8 - Osaka to Nara
Day 9 - Osaka to Yoshinoyama
Day 10 - Back to tokyo
Day 11 - flight back home from Narita.

I would recommend doing your Tokyo sightseeing on days 2 and 3 then purchasing a 7 day JR Pass (it costs roughly the same amount for a round trip between Tokyo and Osaka on the bullet train) for use on days 4 thru 10.
