Not so fast.
First, why would you think you could use a Kyushu pass from Osaka??
At any rate, unless you are leaving for Japan soon, the JR Sanyo-Shikoku-Kyushu Rail Pass will be discontinued on March 31, 2015.
For info on regional Japan passes, see:

For complete info on the JR Kyushu Pass, see:

At least they updated their map which was previously very misleading. At best you can go up to Shimonoseki on the pass. Be aware though that you cannot take the bullet train between Kokura and Hakata - you can only take other trains like the Sonic limited express.
Beppu is a nice city for its hot springs, but also for its Hell Tour and nearby monkey park:

In terms of history and varied points of interest, Nagasaki is really the most interesting city on the island. It is worth a couple days to see the city, and another day to see areas nearby like Shimabara/Unzen or whatever interests you. Gunkanjima, while it takes 3 hours, will blow your mind.

Be sure to see Mt. Inasa at night if the weather is clear, and try the Nagasaki chanpon and saraudon! Also the Koshibyo temple is an often overlooked shrine that is quite unique in Japan:

For Fukuoka, there are many open parks, shopping, seaside historical areas, and urban neon. See this site as a good guide:

Look into a Fukuoka Tourist City Pass also:

Be sure to try the tonkotsu ramen at least once, and see the 2 Great Buddhas:

Kumamoto is famous for its castle, Suizenji Garden (a must-see), Mt. Aso and Kurokawa hot springs.

Note that you can't get to Kurokawa by rail.

Thank you for your informations and I have any question about JRpass.
My plan are 14 days start from Osaka to Hiroshima, Beppu, Kumamoto, Sasebo, Saga and finish my trip at Fukuoka then I will departure from Fukuoka to Bangkok.I think to get 2 pass are Sanyo-Shikoku-Northern Kyushu and JR Kyushu north pass.
Could you recommend the best choice to use a pass that suitable for my trip.
Best Regard.

Getting two (or even 3) passes is fine, but you don't give enough info on your planned dates.
First, are you traveling before March 31st?
The Sanyo-Shikoku-Northern Kyushu Pass is valid for 5 days. You'd have to travel enough within that 5 days to make it cost effective.
Travel from Shin-Osaka to Hiroshima for unreserved seating is 9710 yen (you can also use it to go to Miyajima and use the JR ferry boat, which would add a bit more value. It is well worth seeing). From Hiroshima to Beppu is about 10,400 yen.
Travel from Beppu to Kumamoto is fastest through Kokura (Kitakyushu City) and is also 10,400 yen. If you can do all that within 5 days, then the Sanyo-Shikoku-Northern Kyushu Pass pays off. If not, you lose some money on it - plus, if you use a JR Kyushu Pass, you cannot use the bullet train between Kokura and Hakata (Fukuoka City). That means more wasted time for you taking a slower train.
If the Sanyo-Shikoku-Northern Kyushu Pass works, then you can get a 5 day JR Northern Kyushu Pass and a 3 day Northern Kyushu Pass to complete your trip, if it is cost effective.
It's unclear why you are picking Sasebo - Nagasaki is far more interesting. At any rate it is up to you.
Try going to http://www.hyperdia.com and run your planned train trips to see what number and combination of passes suits you best.
