Hi,
We will be visiting Hokkaido in 2nd week April onwards.Is the road safe to drive from Bikuni to Cape Shikotan and Cape Kamui?
Will it snow or become icy?

Still winter condition a lot of snow left very cold and wind strong not recommend
if not super fine and wormer temp days before.

According to the weather pattern last year it was still quite cold in area around Bikuni and the Shakotan Peninsula during April but no snow was recorded.
