Is it easy to go from Yokohama to Tokyo and how long does it take? My wife and I are seniors in early 80s so the trip needs to be practical for us.

Yokohama - Tokyo station; 27 mins by JR Tokaido line(464 Yen with IC card or 470 Yen with ticket)
Yokohama - Shibuya or Shinjuku; 31 mins by Minatomirai-Tokyu joint liner(267 Yen with IC card, or, 270 Yen by ticket)
for Shinjuku, 35 mins by Minatomirai-Tokyu-Tokyo metro subway joint liner(432 yen with IC card or 440 yen with ticket)
All above trains have no transit at any station to Tokyo, Shibuya or Shinjuku.
