Tokyo-Hakone-Mt Fuji-Kyoto

Need your advise for my itinerary, is that possible ?

07.00 - 09.30 a.m : From Tokyo to Hakone
10.30 - 13.00 p.m : Danau Ashi
14.00 - 15.30 p.m : Owakudani Hell Valley
16.30 - 18.30 p.m : Gotemba Factory Outlet
19.30 - 21.00 p.m : Stay in Lake Kawaguchi

Also pls advice, is it good to stay in Gotemba or in Lake Kawaguchi? Our next itinerary is :
08.00 - 09.30 a.m : Lake Kawaguchi
10.30 - 12.00 a.m : Mt Fuji
12.00 - 13.00 p.m : LUNCH
14.00 - 16.00 p.m : Go to Kyoto

Ill give you my example when I was in Lake Kawaguchiko last year with a Rental Car:

0930 Arrived Fujisan Station
1000 Left Car rental place
1115 Arrive 5th station Mt Fuji
1250 Left 5th station Mt Fuji
1320 At a Family Mart for Lunch
1400 At Momoji Tunnel
1440 Left Momoji Tunnel, Driving around Lake Kawaguchiko
1530 Arrive Lake Yamanakako, just in time for Diamond Fuji
1610 Left Lake Yamanakako
1640 Arrived Chureito Pagoda
1730 Left Chureito Pagoda
1800 Arrive Momoji Festival (This was in Nov)
1930 Left Momoji Festival
2000 Drop off car
2010 Fujisan Station

Now this I though was a bit rushed.. Wished I had more time lol.

But yeah just thinking the 3-4 hours at Lake Kawauchiko, especially driving or taking bus to 5th Station will already eat up about 2hours roundtrip.
