Using Pasmo pass for JR lines

Hello from India ! We are a group of ladies who are visiting Tokyo on 23rd Feb. that is this month.We will be moving mainly in Tokyo. We want to visit some places in Tokyo during our stay and want to travel by train . Can we use Pasmo pass for JR Yamanote line and JR Utsunomiya line ?I mean can the Pasmo pass be used for JR lines ? Thanks.
