Cherry Blossoms spots in Kanto

We'll have been in Tokyo, Kamakura and Nikko at 29 April 2015 - 04 May 2015. I supppose we'll late for the main cherry blossom spot view.

Cold you please advise some probable cherry blossom point of view (mountains etc.) for our stay in Kanto?

Northern Tohoku may be in bloom. It has some of the best cherry blossom spots, and a JR East Pass makes access relatively inexpensive:

No large numbers trees full blooming spots in Kanto.

Go North but now thinking about booking too early.

Last year 2014 reached Hakodate over the sea.
However 2013 Akita and Aomori best matched.
2015 is ???
