Takyubbin from Haneda airport

HI there

We are a family of 5 arriving in 3 weeks to Haneda around 9am in the morning, as we can't check in to our ikebukuro hotel until 3 pm how long does the takkyubin take to deliver the luggage as we just want to go straight to the city for sightseeing upon landing? Is it within the day from Haneda to Ikebukuro?

It is next-day delivery before noon.

Thanks....that's a bother. What would be the best and most economical way to travel with our luggage to ikebukuro so we can deposit our luggage before heading out from the hotel?

As we arrive on a Sunday morning and staying at Super hotel near north exit of Ikebukuro would it be ok and not crowded on the Yamanote line with luggage on Sunday morning after 9am?

No problem, the Yamanote Line is not crowded on weekends, especially not in the mornings. Relatively speaking.
