Hi, i will be going to Japan in May this year.
Arriving in kansai AirPort at Osaka , but plan to take AirPort bus To hotel , stayed in osaka for 3 nites , day Tour to either Nara or Kobe , then take JR to kyoto ( 4 nites in Kyoto ) and thereafter Shinkansen to Tokyo ( 3nites in Tokyo) .
What kind of passes should i get For best savings?

I don't see any pass of value for your schedule. Maybe a day pass for Osaka or for another city. But there is nothing that pays off for the long-distance trip.
