Autumn in Japan 2015/2/16 22:34
Is there a point in the year where the leaves reach their peak color in the autumn? Do different parts of Japan turn at different times, for example, Northern Japan as opposed to Southern Japan?

We're planning on autumn leaf viewing in November again this year. Our local sources tell us late October is good, but in 2014 we got some pretty spectacular pictures in Nagoya and Kyoto in November. Arashiyama was the best, and the bamboo grove an added bonus.
