What train do we take to go to Osaka Namba from Nagoya? We have 6 pieces of luggages.

Kintetsu has frequent limited express trains between Nagoya and Osaka Namba. At least every half hour. I've taken them several times. It takes about two and a half hours. Google "Kintetsu Nagoya to Osaka."

If you use JR, you would have to transit at least once. Thus, follow the above commentor.
