I arrived in japan on 28 feb but i will go to iga ueno on 1 march , JR kansai area pass has add extra route (to iga ueno) and price on 1 march if i buy jr pass on 28 feb, Can i use this pass on 1 March , If I can't use jr pass where is station i can buy this pass on 1 march and when station open ??
PS. I will go to iga ueno By jr on 7.09 Am

Kansai area pass has 1 days, 2days, 3 days and 4 days. When you buy this pass at Kansai airport, Osaka station, Shin-Osaka Station or Kyoto station, JR staff will ask which day you would like to use for valid day. For go to Iga Ueno, also Please ask this ticket can use or not.
