From Narita Excel Hotel to Tokyo at night

I am staying at Narita Excel Hotel for a night and I want to visit Tokyo at night, could anybody tell me whether there are any public transport from Narita Excel hotel to tokyo? What are the prices?
What are the most interesting things to see in Narita and Tokyo at night?

You can take a taxi to Narita station and then a train to Tokyo. Using JR ordinary lines, the trip lasts about an hour and costs 1,140 yen. The last train option back (from Tokyo to Narita) leaves Tokyo at 23:37 and arrives at Narita at about 1am. See Hyperdia for details.

Of course the 1,140 yen is for the train only, the taxi will cost you about 1,000 yen. Your hotel may also have free shuttle buses.
