Most effective itinerary

I will visit japan. I confuse which one is the more efective route :
Tokyo - mt fuji - universal studio - tokyo
Or
Tokyo - universal studio - mt fuji - tokyo
With considering about transportation cost.
Can jr pass cover cover all the trip? Or do you have any advise for my itternary.?

Yes. The JR Pass can cover this section of the trip. Except the busses about Hakone. Whether you do USJ or Fuji first matters little in terms of cost.
