Hello,
We will visit japan for the first time in the middle of March.our plan
Day1: Tokyo
Day2:Tokyo-Nikki
Day3:Tokyo
Day4:Tokyo-kamakura
Day5:Tokyo
Day6:Tokyo-hakone
Day7:hakone-Nagano ?
Day8:Nagano-Hiroshima ?
Day9:Hiroshima-Kyoto
Day10:Kyoto
Da11:Kyoto
Day12:Nara
Day13:Kyoto
Day14:Osaka
What do you think about the plan. Should we need JR ,when

Are you returning to Tokyo after osaka? If the answer is no, then no Pass is good.
A regional pass for Hiroshima/Osaka/Kyoto/Kansai Airport I.e. Sanyo Pass might be beneficial if you rearrange your days for Hiroshima to be nearing the end of the trip.
You might want to look at the Hakone and Nikko passes. If your plans in those locations are covered by the passes then grab them passes.
