Hello,
Do you know any good website in English or Japanese that I can find a cottage that I can rent for 1 month in Hokkaido? I'm planning on spending one whole month in Hokkaido somewhere away from city during Jan to Feb 2016.

You might try renters.com or vrbo.com. but its skiing season so you are up against that.
