Access to Honshu-wolf statue 2015/2/25 11:48
Hey guys!

A resident of Tokyo for almost four years now, there are still many places I want to visit in Japan.

One place specifically is the statue I have seen of the now extinct Honshu-wolf which is in Higashiyoshino, Nara.
I know how to get to Nara from Tokyo, but how to get to Higashiyoshino seems difficult because it's a mountain area. I'm not exactly sure where the statue is and can't find much info on how to get there.

I'd be really grateful if anyone has visited and has extra info on this.

Thanks!

I think you can get all the information you need in the following website. There are 6 daily buses going to the village from Haibara station and 7 returning buses.
