Tokyo Hanami Viewing At Night

It has been many years since the question was asked, as shown by the search result.

My family will be in Tokyo on 3 & 4 April 2015 only. We took advantage of the Good Friday public holiday (3 April 2015) in Singapore and budget airfare to fulfill a dream of seeing the Hanami after many decades.

Where are the best locations in and around Tokyo where a family can enjoy the night (7-10pm) Hanami viewing? Thanks in advance for your help.

Sumida-koen-park is a good place for night sakura viewing. The night righting up begins from sunset till 22:00.

Sakura-bashi-river Hana matsuri festival will be held on 4th and 5th April, 10:00-17:30, around Sakura-bashi-river bridge in Sumida-koen-park.
