Tokyo Itinerary Review

Heading to Tokyo the last week of April - thoughts on the below please?
Friday April 24 - Arrive to Japan. Explore around Shinjuku if feeling up to it.
Saturday April 25 - Asakusa Temple in the morning, a511 kobe beef restaurant for lunch, Harajuku exploring for evening
Sunday April 26 - Shinjuku Gyoen in the morning, Yokohama for afternoon/evening (Ramen Museum, Onsen, Sky Garden)
Monday April 27 - Takawagara Onsen (outside Tokyo)
Tuesday April 28 - Visit Ashikaga Flower Garden for Wisteria on the way back from Takawagara Onsen, Dinner at Alice in Wonderland Cafe (Shinjuku)/Explore cities if time allows
Wednesday April 29 - Explore other cities (choosing from Shibuya, Shinjuku, Roppongi, Ikebukuro, Odaiba)
Thursday April 30 - fly back to America

Looks pretty good.
I would skip Shinjuku Gyoen and spend the whole day in Yokohama, but thatfs just me. There is a lot to see in Yokohama alone, like Chinatown, Yamashita Park, and the whole Minato Mirai area.
Just for clarification: Shibuya, Shinjuku, Roppongi, etc are not cities. They are wards and districts.

Harajuku will be much more interesting on a sunday afternoon, so it would be better to switch your saturday and sunday schedules. That is, if you are going there for people watching.
