on 3 April 2015 I have plan stay 1 night in hotel near gotemba staion, planning go to gotemba outlet, oshino hakkaim kawaguchiko lake, fuji 5th station...
1. where i can get the bus from the start?
2. is that itenarary correct? start to gotemba outlet and the last fuji 5th sation?

i very much doubt you will be able to go to the 5th station this early in the year, the mountain is still covered in snow.

It might be better to rent a car for the day to go from Outlets to Kawaguchi to 5th station and back.
Also it is possible to drive or bus to 5th station at that time however the road could be closed at anytime due to snow so you might want to watch the weather and hope the best.
