I want to buy some stuffs on rakuten.co.jp
Is it possible to ship them to hotel or Kansai Airport post office? Which one is better?
I'm not really sure when the package will arrive though...

You could ask the hotel if they can receive parcels for you c/o the hotel (provided you pay upfront to the shop on Rakuten), and at the same time you will need to ask the shop when they can ship, with expected delivery date.
