Kansai 3D & JR Kansai Wide Area pass worthy?

Hi, I'll be in Kansai from 26 Mar - 4 Apr and am wondering if a combination Kansai 3Day pass and a JR Kansai Area pass is worthwhile?
Kansai 3D pass for:
a) 26/3 Kansai to Kyoto + Kyoto subways & buses
b) 28/3 Kyoto to Osaka + Osaka subways & buses
c) 29/3 Osaka to Koyasan + cable car
Do I hv to pay supplement for limited express trains from Kansai to Kyoto? Is the pass still worthwhile?
JR Kansai wide area pass 5 consecutive days for:
a) 31/3 part of the way from Koyasan after cable car to Kiitanabe
b) 4/4 for Kiikatsuura to Kansai airport
If anyone can advise/confirm, thank you in advance!!
