Higashi Nihombashi station to Bakuro Yokoyam

Hi,

I arrive Narita Airport in the morning and would like to take Keisei Sky access to Hatagaya.

Someone can tell whether the transfer at above-mentioned troublesome ? I have a group of 11 people with every one carry a luggage.

Your advice is very much appreciated

HigashiNihombashi stn[東日本橋] and BakuroYokoyam(a) stn[馬喰横山] both are underground stn.
But no direct connect as one stn one ticket gate inside.
So should ticket gate out then walk and re-enter possible as same ticket(IC,too).
(transfering vaild as same rail campany different line by walk via ticket gate out within 30min)

Buy and by PASMO(IC card ticket) easiest just touching and also valis Suica rail and services.

Other way :
by Limo bus from NRT to Shinjuku stn then take Keisei rail(train) or local bus to Hatagaya.

By train(as via subway/under ground) is not good urban view of mid Tokyo.

However would there any escalator/ lift to go down and up since we have fairly large luggage and lugging down and up the stairs quite tough.
