Tulip in Showa kinen late March

Dear all,
I intent to visit Showa kinen park in 22/3, and hope to see tulip and poppy in the park at this time. It is possible to see these kind of flower at this time? Please help.

Poppy is too early around mid Apr starts.

No enough blooming both and both locations.

Only tulips at Nagasaki(Kyushu) HUIS TEN BOSCH already about 1.8 million flowers.

Showa Kinen Koen is quite a distance out of Tokyo, so they tend to run a couple of weeks behind Tokyo for other flowers such as Cherry Blossoms. As such, I doubt that there will be much happening in relation to flowers until early to mid April - specifically for tulips....
