Pickup/drop-off tours at Narita airport?

I arrive at N airport at 7.40am and fly out of H airport at 5.40pm. Is there a short organised tour I can do where I get picked-up and dropped off at the airport during this 10 hour overlay, allowing time to do the tranfer from H to N, etc? TY
