Night bus to Izumisano

I will arrive to KIX at 22.50. I reserve hostel at izumisano. I think i cannot catch the last train at 23.40 of nankai train, so i want to go with the Limousine night bus.

In the KIX airport webpage, not show how to buy the ticket and the cost
And I am not sure that there are some buses.

Are there some bus to go there at that time?
If there are, how to buy the ticket and how much does it cost?
