I will stay in Osaka for 4 days and kyoto 2 days.From Osaka I will travel to kobe and nara one day each. Which pass should I use? Kansai through pass or Kintetsu or amaizing osaka ? Or combination of those ?

I don't recommend a pass, at all, except maybe the Amazing Pass in case you visit some of the attractions covered by it.

An ICOCA card will be easier for you: no discount, but readily usable in all the places you list, and on all forms of transport.
