Booking hotel from japanese website

Hi, I try to book hotel room for my visit to Hakodate on Golden week with japanese website (rakuten travel) simply because it is cheaper from international website, but I have some trouble as it require address, as from my understanding it is require address inside japan. So if anybody could help me, how do I book the hotel with non-japan address?
(as they reject my postal code)

That's because the Japanese site was made for the locals, you have to use the English version, even though some deals are slightly more, but many are at the same price, as you need to add tax to the end figures.

There are ways to deal with it, but it's not something I will post here.

If you still want the same hotel cheaper, but it's not always the case, you can check Rakuten then the official hotel site, there could be a slight differences in price.

well, apart from being cheaper, the japanese version has different hotel list from english version. And I already look for the hotel information, but it doesnt have link for the website, only the phone number (i've tried to google it too).
So, I think the only way to directly reserve the hotel is by phone, right?

I use translator website but it translated as Circle, not Silsil ^^;

but it seems I still can't booked directly from the website, only from rakuten travel, jalan and the other japanese website...
as for booking.com, i already checked the availability and theres no room for my check-in date.

What the hell? You sound like you have found the location of the Holy Grail... And by the way, no, the site is not "made for locals", as demonstrated by the fact that the "prefecture" field has a "海外" option.

@OP Just put 0000000 in the "postal code" field.

I already try that option,but didn't work, because the site failed to identify the postal code. I've try other way too, filling the field with the hotel's postal code but it doesn't work either ^^;.Thats why I post a question in this forum

You don't have to use the button next to the "postal code" field. This button is used to fill the other fields automatically based on your postal code, but you can also just fill them manually.

Yes,I did it manually bcoz there is no option for 000-0000 but it doesn't work

well,I thought it would be fine too, but there are some kind of warning that the postal code failed to be identified. I dunno why it doesn't work for me :(

If you entered "000-0000" that's probably your problem. The postal code must be entered without the hyphen.
