Train and Bus to Misaki Mine Friendship Park

Hello all,
I am looking for a way to get to the Tanahara Mine Friendship Park (Tanahara Fureai Kozan Koen) in Misaki Town, Kume county, Okayama.
I have found a site but Google translate doesn't help me in how to get there by public transport during the weekdays (http://www.town.misaki.okayama.jp/manabi/sisetsu/kouzan.htm).
On this site I (think) see the station Higashitsuyama and from there by bus. Have no clue which bus and when it goes, or is there another station?

The stop you want is 吉ヶ原, and 津山広域バスセンター is near Tsuyama station.

When I look at the timetable for the train, I have to change train in Tsuyama for Higashitsuyama. Is it also possible to go from
Higashitsuyama by bus (it seems to be nearer)?

No, there is no stop at Higashi-Tsuyama station, although some stops are about halfway between the two. You can see all the stops of the line here:
