Hi
May I know where I can find large luggage (about 70cm) with 4 wheels, with anime or kawaii prints on? Narita airport arrival area, or shinjuku area?

Shinjuku's Yodobashi Camera store has a luggage area. I doubt you'll be able to find a wide range with anime stuff on it though... why don't you buy one of the plastic/hard case types and just get some stickers to put on it instead?
Otherwise, you may have more luck in places like Akihabara.
